Golf Divot Tool and Ball Marker

A two-pronged divot tool with a pocket in its head that holds a ball marker with an initial on it, and a name along its grip. A present for a golfer.

Customise it in your browser, then download a print-ready STL, or a multi-colour 3MF. No CAD skills needed.

About the Golf Divot Tool and Ball Marker

A golf divot tool and ball marker: a flat two-pronged tool for lifting pitch marks, with a round pocket in its head that holds a coin-sized ball marker with an initial on it, and a name along its grip.

What you can change

  • Type your own on the ball marker and along the tool.
  • Name font: 26 to choose from, from script to stencil.
  • Initial font: 26 to choose from, from script to stencil.
  • Pick the tool, ball marker and letters colours.

What you download

An STL for any slicer, and a 3MF with each colour as its own part, ready for an AMS or a filament change.

Printing it

Both print flat with no supports. Change filament where the letters start (or use an AMS). The marker presses into the pocket in the tool’s head; if it’s loose, a drop of glue in the pocket’s middle (not round its edge) still lets it pop out, or a small magnet under it.

Questions

How does the marker stay in?

It presses into the pocket. If it’s loose, a dot of glue in the pocket’s middle, or a small magnet under it, holds it.

Is it strong enough for the green?

Print it in PETG with 4 walls: the prongs flex a little without snapping.

Do I need a multi-colour printer?

No. Print it in one colour, or in colours with a filament change: the Colours line under the 3D view says at which height to change. With an AMS or another multi-colour printer, the 3MF prints it in one go.

Which printers and slicers does it work with?

Any FDM printer. The STL opens in every slicer; the 3MF keeps the colours as separate parts in Bambu Studio, Orca Slicer, PrusaSlicer and Cura. Pick your printer in the designer to check it fits the plate.

Can I sell what I make?

On Pro and Ultimate you can sell the prints you make, for example on Etsy or at craft fairs. On Free and Maker, print it for yourself or give it as a gift. The STL and 3MF files themselves are never for sharing or selling.
